Terms of Service, Delivery & Refund Policy
By registering for a course at MEETCAD (via payment of a registration fee or full course fee), you agree to the binding terms below.
1. Service Delivery Policy (Shipping)
Since our services are 100% online, no physical products are shipped. Fulfillment is defined as follows:
Confirmation: Upon payment, you will receive an automated payment receipt via email/SMS immediately.
Access Timeline: Access to the learning portal, installation guides, or live class meeting links will be delivered to your registered email within 24 hours of payment verification.
Live Classes: Sessions are conducted via [Zoom/Google Meet] as per the batch schedule. It is the student's responsibility to have a stable internet connection and the necessary hardware.
2. Refund & Cancellation Policy
We maintain a strict no-refund policy to ensure the quality and commitment of our batches.
Registration Fees: The admission/booking fee (e.g., ₹500) is Non-Refundable. This fee covers administrative costs and seat reservation.
Course Fees: Once full payment is made and/or the batch has commenced (or study material has been shared), no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
Exceptions: In the unlikely event that MEETCAD cancels a batch entirely before it begins, 100% of the fees paid will be refunded within 5-7 business days.
3. Intellectual Property & Conduct
Copyright: All training videos, PDF notes, and CAD files provided are the intellectual property of MEETCAD. You are granted a license for personal learning only.
Prohibition: Sharing, recording, reselling, or distributing our course materials to third parties is strictly prohibited. Violation will result in immediate termination of access without refund and may lead to legal action.
Code of Conduct: We expect professional behavior. Harassment of instructors or other students will result in immediate expulsion from the course.
